A celebration of nature, the music on this recording is a prayer for the healing of the earth through wind instruments and animals sounding; from the heralding of the Armenian duduk to the whisper of the Native American flute. From the whale’s melodic song to the rhythms produced by frogs and crickets, all elemental voices intrinsic to Mother Earth. Featuring indigenous wooden instruments chosen for their unique ability to evoke nature and mimic bird songs and their flight: the Australian didgeridoo, the Armenian duduk and the Native American flute. Other world instruments include harmonica, banjo, guitar and clarinet. Animal voices include whales, frogs, crickets and birds.
