Intuitively blended for the autumn equinox with herbs gathered from two different small, local Michigan herb farms. The people that tend to their lands have built deep relationships with the land and the plants within this Autumn tea blend.

This herbal tea blend is intended to be used to prepare the body and immune system for the colder months and to send off the sun and all the work it has done for us during the summer season.

Steep 1-2 tablespoons of tea in 8oz of hot water (212°F) for 8-10 minutes, or in the golden autumn sun for at least 1 hour.

This Autumn Equinox herbal blend includes in-season herbs to prepare the body for what's to come and it's made to be savored with slow sips as the sunshine dwindles.  🍁

Ingredients: 

Echinacea - One of the most important herbs in building the immune system. Incredibly effective at helping the immune system fight off disease and infection by increasing T-cell activity. 

Calendula- The sunny bloom of autumn! This last bit of late summer and early autumn sunshine is expressed through the calendula bloom. Calendula has been known to help cleanse the lymph glands and is a traditional European peasant tonic taken to prevent sickness in winter, what we would call an immune tonic today. 

Anise Hyssop - This purple flowered plant encourages relaxation of the airways and the body. Making it a great addition in helping to relieve congestion and clearing the sinuses of mucus. It can help alleviate sore throats and cough as well. It adds a sweetly flavored and mildly licorice taste to this blend. 

Elecampane - We sprinkled just a bit of ground-up elecampane root to help keep any coughs at bay by providing support to the respiratory system.

Our Tibetan Buddhist hand-held prayer wheel, sometimes referred to as a Mani wheel, is 12 inches long and is constructed of copper, brass and wood. The Buddhist mantra Om Mane Padme Om is written around the outside of prayer wheel. The handle serves as axis around which the cylinder can revolve, being set in motion by a small weight which is attached to it by a chain. The cylinder contains a paper roll on which Buddhist texts are printed. According to the Tibetan Buddhist tradition based on the lineage texts regarding prayer wheels, spinning such a wheel will have much the same meritorious effect as orally reciting the prayers. Use your prayer wheel to accumulate wisdom and merit (good karma) and to purify negativities (bad karma). Made in India.

To further our efforts in protecting the Palo Santo tree, these cones include Palo Santo and other herbs. Mixing Palo Santo with other Peruvian herbs helps to reduce the amount of Palo Santo being used. 

Eucalyptus:  Minty and woodsy aroma. This medicinal plant is commonly used for purification and protection. Collected from Otuzco, La Libertad, in the Peruvian highlands.

Rosemary:  Rosemary has a relaxing scent of pine and sage which can promote better memory and focus. Burning it can help you feel closer to your guides or passed loved ones. Sourced from Yungay, Ancash. 

Seven Andean Herbs: Blend of Muña (Peruvian mint), Romerillo (Peruvian lavender), Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Wallpa Chaki, Wiracoa, and Piyacuya. This unique combination of universal healing herbs is used by native healers of Peru.

This handsome hand carved bowl is made from real soapstone and is handmade in India. Great for use with a sand base to burn charcoal for resin incense. The bowl is 3" at the bottom flaring out to 5" at the top.  It is 2" tall.
