A novel hand-carved bone pipe from Peru. Constructed of a carved bone stem wrapped with a band of colorful handwoven Peruvian cloth. Wood bowl finished with creative style detail applied.

Choice of style and size. Stone styles use various colored stones and some seeds are huayruro seeds. Due to the handmade nature of the pipes, your pipe may vary from the image. They are often painted with bright colors. The main design can be either on the wood bowl or sitting atop the bone stem.

Kuripe blowpipe is used for self-administering rapé medicine. Handmade and skillfully carved from stone found in and around Peru referred to as Machu Picchu stone. Both ends have been sanded and smoothed for comfort, and the insides have been widened for the most efficient powder medicine delivery. Hand-made so no two are exactly alike having minor cosmetic variations in the stone and the ornamentation that will not affect the purpose of medicine application.
