Alison A. Birks is a mother of two, a life-long spiritual seeker and aspiring practitioner of the Andean mystical teachings of Peru. This is her first children's book, and is based on her vision and experiences during a pilgrimage to the sacred sites of Peru in 2014. A practicing Clinical Herbalist and Nutritionist, Alison is a speaker, teacher and well-published author of topics related to natural health and wellness
Artist Linda Weston has earned many national and international awards for her colorful fine art paintings. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art from SUNY New Paltz. In 2001 she turned to Plein Air (outdoor) painting, as she found that Mother Nature has a healing energy. By being outdoors, not only did she feel better herself but brought that healing energy to her work for others to experience. Linda lives in Sarasota, FL with her husband, author Mark Weston.
